Dear Mike

I am one of the investors that purchased ALCL shares directly from you and Greg. It seems that you sold us ALCL restricted stock and pocketed approximately $250,000 and you never gave that $250,000 to ALCL the company as payment for our shares. Do you still have that money? Certainly you know that you were not supposed to keep that our money for yourself.

Now my attorney says I should sue you for fraud and theft for pocketing all of the money we gave your for our shares of ALCL instead of you giving the money to the company to pay for our shares. Since you didn't give the money to the company they may not clear our shares for trading because they were never paid for.

Any other shareholders who received ALCL stock from Mike may want to join my lawsuit against him for theft and fraud. Please Mike give the money so we can clear our stock.

It appears that you have managed to scam ALCL and CPWY and seem to be putting up some front as an injured investor. When if fact you received cash and stock from both companies that you refuse to return. Who needs to be sued? You or Davies

Just one of the emails delivered to ALCL asking Mike to return cash that doesn't belong to him.

I found this forum doing some research on Christopher Davies. I was looking for information regarding TA opinion letters he has written for clients of notorious diluter Big Apple Consulting and others. It looks like his clients tend to end up with a lot of dilution.

Here is a list of his current legal clients:

And one he represented as Atlas Partners. http://www.otcmarkets.com/service-provider/Atlas-Partners?id=3004&b=n&filterOn=3

Davies was one of the lawyers BAC used multiple times to write opinion letters regarding removal of restrictive legends. Some of the other attorneys have been banned or sanctioned by the SEC. Many of BACs clients were diluted into the ground:

BAC has recently been found guilty of fruad, selling unregistered shares and other securities violations.
