Agreed, but if you are inferring a scare tactic to cause panic selling on the bid where this seller would scoop them up, there is always the possibility this would backfire and someone would actually buy that 1M order from them, leaving them with less shares instead of more. I mean, it's only $12K worth of stock, that is not a lot of money in the scheme of things.

I don't think it's retail....NITE already digged a big hole in the past week....so, looks like it needs it to go lower to save himself/herself from covering at higher.
