VVUS - I doubt the approval is baked in, there is still significant risk of the FDA shutting them down. Would not surprise me if it doubles again on approval.

That said, I was one of those who happily sold for a double last night, and am hoping for a pullback of a few points before I consider taking the risk again.

VVUS - Regarding valuation, what kind of REMS will be used do you think? The FDA REMS seemed much less restrictive than VVUS and it looks like even women of childbearing potential could have access to it. Isn't access to women of childbearing potential the most important aspect of the label and the one most likely to determine whether qnexa will be blockbuster?
