VVUS - I doubt the approval is baked in, there is still significant risk of the FDA shutting them down.

How is there still significant risk of the FDA shutting them down? Qnexa is not the only drug they have; they also have an ED drug up for approval. I would imagine they will raise a nice chunk of cash here as well to help cushion against any negative development in the Qnexa program.

It might take awhile. Cramer flogged it as a speculative play on his show last night (in retrospect only, but many of his viewers seem to take his stories as a signal to buy in the near term).
