Did another analyst downgrade MON (-3%) today, or does the drop stem from the bearish posts by the_8th? :- )

At some point you've got to expect traders who bought in the $60's to decide that +25% is quite good enough!

I only wish I had that kind of influence, lol. And to repeat, I just think other foods might do better than MON, I never said the stock would fall. Maybe ADM's 89% profit drop and 20% layoffs influenced the analysts?

MON does have friends in high government places and they are now going after the final USA frontier, rice. To help promote GMO rice they get the FDA to raise limits on arsenic. That is like the FDA lowering normal cholesterol leves 100% and now statins are now a 26 billion dollar a year industry and heart disease has not been changed one bit. MON will succed in the long run becasue they know how to work the system.
