Even if he confesses, is found guilty, and all of N is confiscated...............if mineseeker isn't real and in N, there is nothing for Q anyway. And, right now it isn't looking so good.
All of this will do nothing but prove what most have decided must be so, it won't be able to bring anyone back to anywhere near whole.........unless you see something I have missed?
I can see where Joe would feel good about proving that Jeff is a ________(fill in as you wish), but, unless he can actually bring some value to those who have lost everything they invested here, that probably won't help his reputation amongst anyone. Do you feel that he actually thinks that he can repair some things here, or just that he will not do more damage than is done?
Even if the court confiscates all Jeff's worldly possessions as remedy (don't see it happening, and does he have much anyway?) It would be a drop in the bucket.
Now, if Dean and Mike are on the list of needing to make remedy......something may show on the bottom line........but since shareholders are now under the bottom line.....where would that be of help? The only way even a huge settlement would help shareholders is if Joe managed to resist the temptation to convert any debt or A's or B's or anything else and instead reduced the A/S to match the O/S.........
