I can see where Joe would feel good about proving that Jeff is a ________(fill in as you wish), but, unless he can actually bring some value to those who have lost everything they invested here, that probably won't help his reputation amongst anyone. reputations are earned good or bad, tex is interested in tha CC since joe has already answered my questions in the last few days and today i might add Do you feel that he actually thinks that he can repair some things here, or just that he will not do more damage than is done? joe has a great plan for ROI for QUASAR if he sticks to tha plan
Even if the court confiscates all Jeff's worldly possessions as remedy (don't see it happening, and does he have much anyway?) It would be a drop in the bucket. DEPENDS ON HOW BIG THAT BUCKET IS AND WHERE IT MAY BE HIDDEN
Now, if Dean and Mike are on the list of needing to make remedy......something SUPPOSE $10 A SHARE, would that allow good folks to sit up and listen? say a $15 million dollar settlement? may show on the bottom line........but since shareholders are now under the bottom line.....where would that be of help? The only way even a huge settlement would help shareholders is if Joe managed to resist the temptation to convert any debt or A's or B's or anything else and instead reduced the A/S to match the O/S.........
