Agreed! I'm betting the filings will show up very soon. I'm loaded up myself but this is a good buy at .0034. With the shares maxed out to A/S no dilution from here on out, this stock could run well into pennies before the updates, like it started out originally.
I've seen stocks run like that even before all the documents were updated and I expect this one to move up again before the updates.
,,,,,,,The CEO has done everything he's said he would do. It cost time and money......and it's only been one month since the official PR announcement of the merger.
I'm sure they were caught totally off guard and have been in rush mode since the announcement and overwhelming investor response.
