You contradicted yourself. By definition, it CAN contain material information bc they can release the news. And by the way, it DOESNT have to be prior to the CC. Look at the time it begins.

I expect both SEC filings and Press Releases will be made or released Monday after the market closes. The shareholders conference call will be a more detailed presentaion of the public information that is released.

Very few outside investors currently have any knowledge of JBI. That will only begin to change on Monday. There will be a few more new investors next week and while there may be a surprise, it seems to me the investor "discovery" process will develop over the next few months.

But ya never know.

If material news is given at the CC, a PR and subsequent 8K must follow.
