Yeah, it could be that all the people "in the know" just ran out of cash at the same time, but from $1.75 to $1.39 in 2 days and low volume (making support buying pretty cheap) suggests to me that there may be an announcement of an SEC settlement, or the termination of a prior deal or some other piece of bad news coming.
