It is pretty clear that the last 3 weeks over 250 million shares has been moved around here. That is in fact the entire reported AS and OS and then some. Pretty clear dilution is occuring, because that exceeds the Float by a long shot.

I leave it for bullish posters. I'm CERTAIN that you would know better than I whether or not it has been changed.
