You're mistaken once again, go back and read it again.

I was no doubt asking if any shareholders that owned shares prior to Oct. 25, 2011 were asked for their proxy vote on the election of MacIntyre.

Obviously they weren't or somebody would have posted about it in Oct. of last year when it happened.
