I don't see it as a scandal, at all. I think it's just pretty funny, as I believe it was likely due to sloppiness.

But I'm sure some fable will be spun to explain the importance of removing the 'e'. I look forward to it.

well space, you will probably delete this message as you have all my others, and only for the simple reason they are true and factual. Anyhow, THE FIRST THING A COMPANY DOES WHEN CHANGE A NAME IS TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF A NAME, so again the company dropped the ball when registering a name, hope the same doesnt happen with filings, but because of the time involved, it obviously has.
