well space, you will probably delete this message as you have all my others, and only for the simple reason they are true and factual. Anyhow, THE FIRST THING A COMPANY DOES WHEN CHANGE A NAME IS TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF A NAME, so again the company dropped the ball when registering a name, hope the same doesnt happen with filings, but because of the time involved, it obviously has.
