#19038 RE: Cassandra #19036

We know that these updates do not post simultaneously. Why don't we just wait until we see the OTC market disclosures and forthcoming pr? Obviously we have learned that anwm management is not "in hiding" as they have retained an sec attorney, made a 75% authorized share reduction and updated the NVSOS docs. IR was said to be "hiding" and here he is updating the shareholders. ANWM is certainly not looking like the sham outfit that it has been accused of for months. We can also see that volume has increased, recently, and that it didn't "die a grey subpenny death," which turned out to be another incorrect theory. As for the NVSOS update, I guess that Georgos really wasn't "afraid to provide a list of officers" as he was accused.

RE: "The name of the corporation has been changed to Premier Investment Properties Inc. with the Nevada Secretary of State, but the name is still Anywhere MD, Inc. with FINRA.

Has Georgos Androutsopoulos filed for a name and ticker change with FINRA? For that matter, does Georgos Androutsopoulos, the background of whom has never been disclosed, have any idea what he is doing?"

After doing some google sleuthing, I found that the name was changed to "Premiere Investment Properties, Inc." last year and was apparently was just changed again to "Premier Investment Properties, Inc." on 2/14/2012.

The only name change was removing the "e" at the end of Premiere. The new name starts with "Premier" instead of "Premiere."

This is not a new corporate name and will not change the official trading name of the company, which is still AnyWhere MD, Inc.

The only change that was made to the name via the NV SOS was to change Premiere to Premier.

WOW! That is huge news!!!
