Has Georgos Androutsopoulos filed for a name and ticker change with FINRA? For that matter, does Georgos Androutsopoulos, the background of whom has never been disclosed, have any idea what he is doing when it comes to changing the name of a publicly-traded company? Supposedly Donald Rett, the much-touted attorney who briefly worked for the SEC at the begining of his career, would be able to advise him about the process needed to change the name of a pubic company.
