As long as he gets his 12% interest on the mortgage he's not very motivated to forclose. And if worse comes to worse he gets the property back plus interest.
Environmental burden cost is still unknown. The company is doing designs to get the permit; but they have not disclosed any probable cost for actually doing the work once the actual scope of work is known.
I think the bond will not be returned until CGFIA abandons the property.
