Speaking of the Devil, Form 4 filed today. R. Kirk bought 3.3 million shares last week @ $10.61 pursuant to the shelf offering.

If I recall correctly, the by-laws prevent him from beneficially owning more than 20% of the OS. AFAIK, he has never let that ratio diminish, but rather he always steps in to buy when the opportunity presents.
