certainly hope i am wrong!

Fact is they have been talking partner for at least 2 years. A good deal would at least get them up front cash equal to what they put in and a nice royalty (say in the upper teens/low 20's) with partner picking up all costs going forward.

Latest guidance was q1 data put together and partner (they said already sharing data as its available). i don't buy the raise cas to partner from strength talk some make.

So my guess is its not a hot commodity and maybe a generic company thinks they can do something with it but more modest terms and little/no up front.
