On Feb 6th 2012 insiders (Directors/Holders) sold off over 210,000 shares with another 5,000+ shares sold between two institutions on 10 Feb 2012. Maybe they know something? Maybe they're trying to get out before another pullback? I don't know for certain,... on the other hand with roughly 210,000+ shares sold and 90 million shares outstanding, to me it's not too much cause for concern; people just taking profits. I will keep on my radar.

re FIO might get a few puts but after the selloff will be buying calls...the tech is top of the line IMO and price will bounce nicely.
