#11369 RE: future1 #11346

The 2 distributors they have signed on with so far cover 474 walgreens. They are authorized in over 800 in florida, so they are still negotiating with regional distributors. I look for another pr this week or next, with another distributor on board in florida. Don't underestimate the magnitude of walgreens, and their weekly ads. No doubt in my mind Phase III will be featured at least once a month, maybe even the entire first month at a reduced promo retail to it's customers and with print advertising in their weekly sale ad. These regional distributors will also market the product to other retailers they service. I certainly don't see cvs just standing by and allowing walgreens to have an 'exclusive' on this product as I mentioned earlier. Roy is walking before he is running. Still in all, all these things are great and look great on paper. Ultimately, the general public, the consumer will have the final say whether or not this product will be here to stay like you were talking about. A successful florida campaign would make them a very attractive buyout candidate, 'national' accounts, etc. From a retail perspective, which is my background, this is a growing category. 28 to 32' minimum is designated to this category via everyday shelf space in most major retail locations. It is projected to continue growing even stronger. The major 2 out there now, at least in the midwest would be muscle milk and a special k drink, plenty of room to place phase III as another alternative consumer choice.
