here's the last 2 hours of trade for the day http://www.stockhouse.com/financialtools/sn_level2.aspx?qm_page=91869&qm_symbol=ctcc it appear's that weed showed up on the ask @.007 it looked like there was a halt on trading, imo etrade and nite where helping weed cover @.006 even though the ask was sitting @ .007, then trading resumed and buys orders that were in earlier were being filled under .007 then filpers took advantage of the decline at the end of trading
