I stopped to keeping up with new technology when I got an Adams Redline RPM. I like the sound off of it, unlike the "click" that some purists want off their "woods."
Like you, I've had Ping Zings for twenty years(the most forgiving irons ever) and a Volkey 56(thanks Tiger) which I dearly love.
In putting, I alternate between a Zing 2 and a Peerless(they feel about the same) depending how I'm playing. Looping seems to be my only problem....I know, "shorten that backstroke!"
