If the customer doesn't know about this unbranded product , how do you suppose they are going to beable to walk in any store with turnstyle employee base and even ask an employee about a product they have no clue that ever existed. .. big box isle maiden "oh your looking for a stain remover? customer "yes, i have a bad stain on my shirt to get out" isle maiden, "well mam, follow me to that isle I think that stuff is down this isle, if not maybe its by the shoe polish"
customer, "great" , Isle maiden , "here is the selection and I hear great things about the Tide product line" Customer, "that sounds good, I do use their laundry soap too so I'll take that one" Thanks.

Isle maiden to herself, "whew there was an easy sell, actually the customer sold herself with being familiar with the name" "who cares...she's happy" another branding selling experience.

"Exactly my point. The same applies to people who work for groups like Lancaster. These sales reps pimping products don't care about who gave them training on their product yesterday...it's all about today and which company they are selling product for has the best incentives like fancy trips they can win, dinners, etc... The reps put WC in their little binders and move on. If the store owners ask about it...great...if not..the rep for Lancaster (or other such people) don't bring it up unless WB is giving them incentives. I wonder when the last time they could afford to do that for any of these groups?"

Really?....do you have any relationship with Lancaster to support your statement?....sounds to me like you know a lot about Lancaster...please elaborate...Thanks...
