the lawyer in question was retained to perform a service. he provided the service.

Is the lawyer somehow responsible or otherwise involved in his client's business affairs beyond the scope of his practice? Is the lawyer somehow responsible for the client's website?

Are Raymond Taylor's attorneys responsible for all of Raymond's affairs?
