Given the likely amount of damages that will ultimately be awarded against Raymond Taylor MD, it is possible that all of CTTC's attorneys took this substantial claim on a contingency basis. Remember that, after all, CTTC is the plaintiff in the pending action.

..."imo, the cases you referenced are inapplicable"????...and I presume there's some logic behind hiring a guy from Colorado that "concentrates his practice in antitrust law and advertising" to work in what -- Connecticut?...on a libel case?...why, of course, that makes perfect sense!...I guess with CTT, though, there's no such thing as TOO stupid...
