Dude! That is the point! If Mart is as awesome a manager, finance guy, the ultimate CEO as everyone says he is, then why didn't he manage the process so that EVERYONE was on board and READY when he threw out the hint that there would be a PR? Isn't that what "awareness" is all about? Or maybe "awareness" is so high a concept that no one can truly understand what it means.
