This is such a small company which focuses on one sector. I cannot believe things could be so screwed up, they cannot issue an unaudited Q3-4 financial and get current. The financials I have seen in the past are nothing more than Quickbooks like which takes minutes to print.

I'm not sure that anyone has praised Mart as "awesome", but more of "better than the last guy". What I have been stating about Mart is that he seems to be an incredibly genuine person and that if he thinks he can do the job, well, I'm willing to believe him.

After speaking to him over the years, I do feel that he has the best intentions for SDVI and will do everything in his power to succeed. I believe that if there is a delay that it was something completely out of his control and was a surprise to him as well.

Time will tell how well Mart does as CEO, but I'm betting that he will do just fine.
