They did say that the PR is finished and ready. It's possible that there was one little issue (in the financials?) that needed to be changed before the lawyer could sign off on it. Could have been something unseen by any eyes but the guy that signs, so Mart would be just as shocked by this delay as we are.
Then again, maybe "not even mention there is a PR, till there is a PR". That would certainly keep our SDVI board less hostile.
