Both 10.2 bands above b%20.2 centerline...price is trapped up there..everytime b%20.2 goes out of its BB10.2 it comes back in (up) before it goes below centerline and initiates a sell signal...in other words...trend is up until the lower band starts coming down below centerline of b%20.2..then move can start as volatility increases.
