Everything I and a couple others told the board has been verified once again. Now we should be running mega multi pennies soon until STEP is up, then with all of our contracts, patents etc IMO good luck trying to find CTCC shares below .20 to .50 ahead at least. I also told you all no dilution and no change in the SS. The float is still only 67 million shares.

Spoke with CEO/Inventor today. WOW!

He does not know the old owners of the company. He is just using the CTCC shell to R/M STEP into. He is trying to make the new STEP a company with integrity. STEP already has contracts and business in the LED and Solar area that will be merged into STEP.

Don stated today the old Owners will be updating the Nevada state papers to show ownership and share structure. They were supposed to do that awhile ago but they are doing it now. He is expecting an update immediately forthcoming.

Don said he currently is majority owner of the shares and will be in the future.

STEP already has business in the LED commcercial side and is using 15 patents licsensed exclusively for STEP. STEP has the ability to manufacture commercially LED products and currently has business and contracts that will be merged into STEP. Yes STEP will have revenue immediately.

The LED patents come from Aerospace industry that our CEO was a part of and we will be licsensing those patents and some of them he will bring into STEP.

STEP will have two divisions.

On the SOLAR side we will have a patent that will have a 30% to 50% efficiency increase over the current silicon based Solar panels. The patent is already being filed as we speak. This is huge and industry changing PATENT. The technology came from the Aerospace technology that he and his engineer were a part of.

Our solar division of STEP already can manufacture these new panels and currently have business.

The updated paperwork will be available over the next few weeks as he said that is what he has been working on.

No need to dilute now he said and no dilution at this time.

Anyone can call him and confirm things if they want.

If I go to his office and ask about seeing these filings, am I allowed to do that as an investor? Not sure what questions to ask him.
