But this new company is suppose to benefit existing shareholders although he din't specify how.

Well, theoretically if this company takes off Edoorways would 100% benefit. Money wouldn't be an issue at that point. Edoorways owns the new company so if the new company becomes rich so does edoorways.

Again, this is all in theory.
