Oh, and the lawyer excuse and the signatures excuse. The next press release needs to address the audits and the relationship between SDVI and GRAFF. Otherwise, this story is so embarrassing and of course the stock price will not move. Well, if the stock price moves, it'll only be because of market maker action. Why? Because you don't know the value of a stock unless you have the BASICS: Net Income and Shares Outstanding. How else could you value it? Here we go, high school (elementary school) arithmetic: Enterprise Value minus Liabilities divided by shares outstanding is the price of a share. Fix this now or we will simply be shuffling shares between each other and attract a few people willing to spend the price of a Big Mac meal combo. So, the simple explanation? Things must be so FUBAR, that they cannot get these simple "problems" fixed. So stall, stall, stall. The share price not moving has nothing to do with "awareness," if you know what I mean. It's so embarrassing that there is such an emphasis on creating "awareness" like it is some earth-shattering revelation - umm, can anyone call Captain Obvious? Even a kid operating a lemonade stand knows to try and create "awareness."
