Nevada SOS still lists Signature in default. These loose ends need tending to or at least be addressed through an 8-K.

I can't help but have a bad opinion of past management for failing to take care of the most SIMPLE, that of filing fins on time and being current in corporate matters. Not going to consider excuses any longer. I own and FULLY operate a small business. It IS NOT that difficult.
