I think it was you or DA that a long time back said TVIX or $VIX could'nt go below $12? I've been looking but can't find anything on it.

Couldn't agree more. I've been watching for a little bit on the $vix and just waiting to jump in. It will go back up, and you're right about the catalyst. Look at last August when the S&P was downgraded. From $15ish to over $100 in less than 2 months. This thing can move, just remember it's so hard to time the bottom and if you wait too long like you said it could be alot higher over night if you miss the boat.
