im lucky with my cat..it likes it outside most of the day..at night it sleeps at the foot of my bed..and will wake me up when it wants to go out

Me either. We had a couple of cats who ran into the bathroom with you to jump on the sink and have their selves a drink...but no one seemed interested in the potty.
