We had one of those too...but I'm convinced she did it on purpose.
If I happened to be in there doing laundry at the time she had to go...she would finish...give me a dirty look and then proceed to kick a half a pound of kitty litter OUT of the box onto the floor and walk away with that smug look as if to say 'take THAT!'
