I added sprouted beans and Quinoa to my daily diet 2 weeks back, and soaked sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds and raw almonds today to go along with the sprouts. I love it. Its inexpensive, nutritious and I'm easily dropping weight. One meal a day so far, but that will likely pick up in a few weeks. Ordering seeds a few weeks back and I was captivated by the sprouting supplies in the catalog, so I looked into it. Fell into it actually. I wish I'd started this years ago.

Great list, Eddie. That was one of the problems I had when we moved here to a very different gardening zone.

I sttarted my squash and tomato seeds too early and quite a few of them broke at the stem when trying to get them to the garden for transplanting.

Disappointing for sure. Now I have a list of seed start times for my area and it makes a big difference.

I don't start anything until the end of March (cabbages) and I don't even seed Tomatoes until mid-April!
