It certainly doesn't look like those quarterlies were checked out by someone with a Business Degree like some have claimed Zayjay Trujillo has.

If she has a degree in Business and she let those quarterlies go. It speaks very poorly of wherever she got her education.

Of course the way she has run this company into the ground and has hurt shareholder value doesn't speak well at all of any of her skills or education.

Thanks for your post. If what you say is true, does that mean the CEO doctored the books? If so, can't she be prosecuted for this?

THRA was a health clinic company just six months ago. Previous CEO, Ray, used mining mania to switch to mining solely for the purpose of paying off his personal debt vie massive dilution.
This company will never mine an ounce of silver or gold unless they dilute bazillion shares over many, many years, for the simple reason mining is capital and time intensive business. Heck, I know many junior mining companies that have been mining for at least 5 years, and they have yet to come up with anything.
THRA is no more than a shell company with nothing. I mean nothing.
If you think for one minute that THRA is an "investment" opportunity then you really should put your money in a saving account. I assure you, you will thank me a million in the near future.
