Agreed, in fact it is one of the Red Flags that FINRA and the DTCC talked about during the Roundtable discussion the switching to industries that are not related to the current business. I do believe it was the example used in fact going from Medical to mining then to beverage drinks. No doubt in my mind that previous management is just as bad as current management, they are all in it together.
