98% of the people who read this do not agree in my opinion. I could see a former IR who was let go agreeing with this but not many others.

If people wish to believe in the company and do their DD, that is their prerogative and their money. Those that have little stake in CGAQ don't need to break down the past any longer. We have been through all that.

I for one look to the future and hope to make money. Go CGAQ!

Psd I have to point out a couple mistakes in you're post # the pr said that prototypes were being built in Florida and that parts would be imported and assembled in the DR
#2 you say that only a licensed Casino or sport betting parlor could use the kiosk, and in the same post you say that the slots parlor is a licensed sports betting parlor. That being the case they can use the kiosk.

Sorry but there is one more thing
#3 it is only you're assumption that the machines were destroyed as we do have a licensed casino and they could have been taken to the Sousa bay casino.

OMG what an excellent post PSD. Like I said before it is safe to say CGAQ is nothing more that a pump and dump. To go from a debt free company, to employees stealing from you, and can't complete projects says alot about a company and it's methods. Let's face it the DR ain't the gaming mecca like we all thought it was gonna be. For all we know Steven Swank could be living in the DR and makin all this crap up

bs is what i think of your post. you're making up stuff again.

!. "Machines were deemed to be illegal by the company". No that is not correct.
The machines that had been in used by CGAQ were deemed to be illegal by the
Government of the D.R.. Illegal machines were destroyed by the Government.

cgaq's machines weren't destroyed by the government, give me one shred of proof of that. "Machines were deemed to be illegal by the company." how exactly is that not a correct statement?

"New touch-screen betting Kiosks are been built in Florida" I suppose that after
been built, they are then disassembled, because he goes on to say," As long as
they are assembled in the DR by Dominicans"

nothing's getting "disassambled" anywhere. where do you come up with this stuff? the way i'm reading it, preassembly in florida, final assembly in DR. how hard is it to comprehend this?

"We will then set up the parlors as an operational Sports Betting Room and as sales
showroom for the Kiosks." Excuse me but it was my understanding that the so
called Slot Parlor or as properly named " La Buena Suerte, Banca Deportiva " was licensed
from the start as a Sports Betting Parlor.

"excuse me but ..." what? yes they have a license for the parlor to have sports betting. they also will be using the space as a sales showroom for the kiosks. again, how hard is it to comprehend this?

I further ask myself who will you be showing the
Kiosks to ? It was my understanding that the only ones who may used the Kiosks are
Licensed Casinos and Sports betting Parlors. Is he saying that there is a loophole
in the new law which states that Kiosks or slot machines become property of the D.R.
Government upon arriving and will remain so as log as they are in in D.R. territory ?

loophole saying kiosks become property of the DR?? HUH??? where do you come up with this stuff? reminder: the kiosks are not slot machines, they are online gaming machines, and most of these will be connected online to the cgaq casino for sports betting, etc.

in the 1/9 PR it states:

Towards that end, the Company is pleased to announce that the prototype Kiosk has passed its beta test with flying colors. The unit was linked to our joint venture partner, Global Gaming Labs, who provides the software and runs the interface website. The Company reports that the machine worked perfectly. "I couldn't be happier with our Kiosk's performance," said Swank. "Potential customers will now be able to visit and try out the Kiosk for themselves."

The company is also working to reestablish its online roulette game. "The DOJ's ruling reversal is good news for us," said Swank. "We are exploring now how we might maximize the potential revenue from this change in regulation."

He, CEO Swank, is further quoted as saying that he will dilute more shares " Funds from
private placement of Company stock to accredited investors, will be used to build & ship
more Kiosks and to maintain and improve the casino & Disco". to make matters worse
he also states " it would be idiotic to sell at this levels"

you should read up on what a regulation D sale actually is. it's a private sale to accredited sophisticated investors to raise funds for the project and casino/disco improvements, and the shares are restricted. in essence, this means any funds raised through this method would work to help the company and us as investors right now without feeling any dilutive market effects for some time down the road, if and when the investors choose to sell after the restriction period has ended.

under Regulation D, Rule 506:

Purchasers receive "restricted" securities. Consequently, purchasers may not freely trade the securities in the secondary market after the offering.

this is backed up by swank himself, as he pointed out in the 12/20 PR line that you "forgot" to include:

"The Company is not selling any free trading stock"
