Please take your time and read the press release of 12/20/11.
You can plainly see that it's all B.S.

!. "Machines were deemed to be illegal by the company". No that is not correct.
The machines that had been in used by CGAQ were deemed to be illegal by the
Government of the D.R.. Illegal machines were destroyed by the Government.

"New touch-screen betting Kiosks are been built in Florida" I suppose that after
been built, they are then disassembled, because he goes on to say," As long as
they are assembled in the DR by Dominicans"

"We will then set up the parlors as an operational Sports Betting Room and as sales
showroom for the Kiosks." Excuse me but it was my understanding that the so
called Slot Parlor or as properly named " La Buena Suerte, Banca Deportiva " was licensed
from the start as a Sports Betting Parlor. I further ask myself who will you be showing the
Kiosks to ? It was my understanding that the only ones who may used the Kiosks are
Licensed Casinos and Sports betting Parlors. Is he saying that there is a loophole
in the new law which states that Kiosks or slot machines become property of the D.R.
Government upon arriving and will remain so as log as they are in in D.R. territory ?

The press release goes on to say re: three (3) Casinos in Colombia, "the company has
decided not to pursue this opportunity any further" I pointed this out from the start.
The CGAQ " Due Diligence Team" was going to visit the Mayor of Cartagena, Colombia
who had only thirty (30) days left in office and was not running again for Mayor due to
an investigation of corruption.

He, CEO Swank, is further quoted as saying that he will dilute more shares " Funds from
private placement of Company stock to accredited investors, will be used to build & ship
more Kiosks and to maintain and improve the casino & Disco". to make matters worse
he also states " it would be idiotic to sell at this levels"

PLEASE do not blame the posters, the press releases says it all. IOM this company was
set up to sell stocks and pay for the building of the casino & Disco in someone else's
property.
