Answer to your Paragraph #1: The market has not told us the tech (which tech by the way are you referring to, the IVT, FTV, or the Ice Tech)is worth something. I assume The white knights came in because they thought it was. Jury still out. Market place or a real deal will determine if there is any value. In any event, we are only talking about FTV value at this time. Apparentlly IVT is a dead issue? You and Torvecian havn't answered previous questions about the switch in the IVT deal with Cherry to the possible FTV deal with PenPu.

Answer to your Paragraph #2: You have to many ramblings to understand what point you are trying to make. Calm down and rephrase it in the morning. i will read the RBJ on Monday.

Dread,What was layed out in the article is that JG admitted to having numerous "typo's" in the 8k filing. One of which is that Fain didn't disclose that he was Carlisle's cousin because he's not Carlisle's cousin. It also is very likely that our funds are going to be used to pay lawyers(if they haven't already been spent on chintzy gifts) if JG doesn't suck it up and issue an appology. Also Fain and Read are NOT going to resign from the lame duck board. They're going to stick it out to watch out for the shareholders. I find it hard to believe that these guys are trying to sabatoge this company. The truth will come out and its going to be in public unfortunately. IMO, the FTV will be sold and when the final deal is struck JG will no where to be seen.
