2. I don't have the benefit of access to that RBJ story so help me here, dyna. What's the Fain/McN/Carlisle end game? Let me guess....Carlisle has worked with GM, and all the other big auto's so he's got some deal already lined up that he can't bring together with the Gleasman's in his critical path. So where is that CXO team bringing long term or hopefully short term shareholder value? It's not clear to me how what they are doing is in MY best interest. Was that outlined in the RBJ article? What's their Plan B?
I think my question is clear, dyna: what value is fain/mcnamara/carlisle trying to bring to my TOVC shares and how? Fain and McNamara won't resign because they are somehow protecting we shareholders? From what??: (a)Gleasman's selling out and leaving shareholders holding nothing? If that's their claim, they should say so. (b)If the concept was to work with Carlisle to strike some other deal with a big auto, then what's that deal? (c)Or was the concept simply to destroy the company and make it so cheap that an acquisition by an outside firm would be easier?
Got to be one of these three, doesn't it or have you got some other possiblities, dyna. It's clear to me that this is NOT about just saving face on Carlisle's part. It's much deeper than that.
