JL, please correct me if I have missunderstood but, is it not true that Barrick claimed the Pasqua Lama as their Gold Mine, yet all they may have claim to were the salts and minerals. In order for them to get to the salts and minerals they would have to take the Gold/silver as well as, they are together at the same locations in question? Yet... they have no legal claim to any of it, Correct?
