Description IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA) announced recently that it is preparing to make a significant investment to expand and enhance its product assembly line starting in early 2007. The company also released a list of countries, twenty in all, that it expects to be receiving orders from in the coming year. The announcement said that IDenta expects to invest nearly $500,000 for the manufacturing upgrade, and that orders for IDenta"s products are expected to exceed 2 million units during the coming year (2007). "We are making this investment at this time because we are confident that the demand for our products will increase sizably during the coming year," asserted IDTA CEO Yaacov Shoham. "In the last quarter of 2006 we thoroughly investigated the latest in assembly line technology and have now decided on the right track to proceed." Forensic detection kit rollout plans
IDenta : 11 December, 2008 After successful year distributing forensic kits to US police departments, Identa plans major distribution project to French police force during 2009 Since 2003, IDenta has been recognised as a world leader in the development of proprietary patented on-site drug, drug precursor explosive detection and other forensic kits. IDenta develops, manufactures and distributes products for the both professional and civil markets which consistently pass the highest qualifications and testing procedures of law enforcement and security agencies around the world. Identa Is continuing the R&D process to improve and develop new forensic tools.
Identa is a rapidly growing young company that is moving from the development stage to the marketing stage and in fact has a rapidly expanding list of worldwide customers that include police departments, customs and government agencies. Future plans call for a listing as a Nasdaq Small Cap company when revenue dictates such a move, our goal is by end of 2009 or beginning of 2010. Share structure will be addressed at that time.
So far more than 120 US police departments are using Identa's superior products, having replaced another product.

On Nov 3, 2008 IDenta Corp released its revenues figures for the first 10 months of 2008. The company reported revenues of $397,681 for the period of January through to October. Company executives also project that IDenta is on track to finish the year with nearly $500,000 in revenues.
Starting from January 2009 all government agencies in France will be using Identa's products.
