Sounds to me like this CEO is simply putting in time while he writes anything to keep people guessing. It's a looooong way from 8 global drug store chains to rosy retail outlooks for France to an obscure marketer in Long Island that no one has or likely ever will know the name of.
The really stressful fact is this CEO does not seem capable of handling current business properly enough to satisfy regulators. So the chances of any contingency plan raising Identa from the ashes seem uber remote at best. He can't even pull Identa off the greys never mind ascend to Current Information Reporting. C'MON who's he kidding, a reverse split now appears the only realistic solution. I didn't say that was the most desirable solution but let's face it what other choice has this CEO left? He has boxed himself into a corner and he's STILL shadow punching!
He's not getting another nickel of my money that sir is a fact.
