I disagree.
He is also a human being aside from being a doctor and has a right to take chips off the table such as I and many others did when he saw a big spike in the stock price, and lets not forget that relatively speaking he still has plenty of shares left.
If he sold all of his many shares(or at least a lot more than he did percentagewise), then I think you would have more of a case.

possible since the Doc is ACTC that he knows who the Manipulators are and asked them what the high will be they said about .20 cents and he sold just under that. Of course all is done in secret. A nod is as good as a wink to a Blind Horse.
