I agree with you. I can live with the dilution. We knew it was coming and would significantly effect the stock price. We also knew why it had to happen, to settle prior agreements. What I can't live with and don't understand is how Dr. Lanza could sell over 7 million shares right after they released the early study results. It makes him and the company look really bad. Either he is not convinced on the study results or something else is going on behind the scenes. I assume he is a wealthy enough guy that he didn't need the money urgently. He could not have picked a worse time to sell and is a very poor PR move for him and the company.
