I find it astonishing that a CEO who's being sued by the SEC would choose to make misleading statements to the press.

And assuming that they don,t in fact have a plant there. That is your assumption. I am not sure who knows better what they have you or them. I would assume they do have a plant there otherwise he would not say they have onein a public forum.
